PROJECT BACKGROUND
This project was commissioned by a multinational technology company.
The focus needed to change over the waves to explore different aspects including servers, databases and cloud computing.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
The aim was to understand respondents' awareness of emerging IT services and solutions.
As a global programme, each interview was conducted in the local language, from RONIN's central multilingual CATI centre.
CHALLENGES FACED & ACTIONS TAKEN
Targeting highly specialised respondents within their sector. Managing sub-quotas of industry and company size. Conducting all fieldwork for each wave in a 1-2 week period.
